For short term bookings of two weeks or more, there is a 10% discount.
The above prices are inclusive of weekly service – this is optional with stays of two weeks or more (price deducted accordingly).
For long term stay, pricing is exclusive of utilities (electric, gas, water, etc.) and weekly service.
PAYMENT/ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
- A deposit of 25% is required within three days of booking or six weeks before date of proposed arrival.
- Balance of payment is required seven days before arrival date, together with $100 key bond, which will be refunded at time of departure.
- Cancellations made within last six weeks will incur a penalty of deposit forfeit.
- Payments can be made by in any of the following ways: cheque, direct debit, internet transfer or credit card (phone or email).
- Check–In 2pm and Check-Out 10am (negotiable, when possible).
- No Pets or Smoking.
